Brian Sucre R.I.P
Brian Sucre, former patrol leader of Ravens, under Scoutmaster Fr. Bernard Darke, passed away recently. The frequent scouting trips to the interior of Guyana taken by the troop fueled his love for the far-flung areas of the country and no doubt led to his interest in joining the Geological Survey and Mines Department as a trainee. After gaining a C.I.D.A. scholarship to the University of Winnepeg he returned to Guyana to work at the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission, eventually rising to the position of Commissioner, after a stint as Director of the Petroleum Unit at the Guyana Natural Resources Agency. The former members of the troop, his friends, and all Saints Alumni extend our condolences to his wife and family.
